What you will do

• Develop and update content for commercial assets across digital and print channels including banner ads, emails, sales materials, social media, and conference materials.
• Ensure all content complies with medical, regulatory, legal guidelines and Canadian legislation, supported by authentic references.
• Collaborate with graphic design, brand, and production teams on briefs, workshops, and project deliveries.
• Participate in client calls and training programs as required.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance accuracy and relevance of copy content.
• Maintain quality, confidentiality, and security standards in all work.

Requirements

• Location: Ontario, Canada
• English: B2 level or higher
• 3+ years experience in medical copywriting, preferably in pharma or agency roles.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and PAAB/MLR submission process.
• Strong writing, SEO copywriting skills, and digital marketing understanding.
• Ability to work with medical, regulatory, and legal compliance guidelines.

Nice to have

• Healthcare degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in rare diseases, respiratory, immunology, cardiovascular, renal, metabolic, or oncology therapy areas.
• Experience in large multinational corporate or matrix environments.
