What you will do

• Collaborate with product management to identify ML opportunities and scope solutions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and build effective machine learning models.
• Partner with engineering teams to deploy solutions into production.
• Develop deep understanding of data and ML infrastructure.
• Document technical work and present results to stakeholders and leadership.
• Stay current with advances in ML and GenAI to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work from London, United Kingdom
• Master’s or Ph.D. in relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years hands-on ML production experience with Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and SQL.
• Strong foundation in ML fundamentals, statistics, and experimentation.
• Experience with large datasets and distributed computing environments like Spark.
• Good programming practices and intellectual curiosity.

Nice to have

• Experience with ranking systems and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with ML platforms like Databricks, AWS, and Docker.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Flyte.
