Strategic Finance Lead

TL;DR

Strategic Finance Lead: Own and lead the company financial model and strategic planning processes with an accent on financial insights, KPI alignment, and ROI analysis. Location: Hybrid in San Francisco Bay Area, must work 4 days a week onsite

Salary: $170,000 - $230,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the company financial model and lead consolidated strategic and financial planning including long-range planning
• Partner with marketing and sales development leadership to allocate resources and drive growth initiatives
• Drive alignment on KPIs and metrics to track business performance and growth
• Analyze financial levers impacting long-term company trajectory and ROI across marketing channels
• Forecast pipeline generation and implement scalable planning systems
• Support capital planning, corporate finance, investor relations, and board reporting

Requirements

• Must be willing to relocate to and work onsite 4 days a week in San Francisco Bay Area
• 5+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or strategic finance
• Expertise in financial modeling and strategic planning
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting
• Experience with B2B and/or SaaS business finance preferred
