What you will do

• Lead and own QA processes and test strategies for League of Legends Cosmetics.
• Collaborate closely with art managers, engineers, producers, and project managers.
• Ensure quality activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Partner with remote QA professionals to complete testing tasks.
• Build clear reports on test coverage, risks, and defect trends to support decision making.

Requirements

• On-site presence in Singapore is required; remote work is not supported.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Experience leading testing efforts and improving QA processes.
• Strong collaboration skills with developers, designers, and content creators.
• Experience with live service products and defect tracking.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Familiarity and passion for League of Legends.
• Experience coordinating outsourced or external testing partners.
• Development or testing experience on PC platforms.
• Relevant ISTQB or ICAgile certifications.
