Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year (typical U.S. base pay range)

What you will do

• Ship world-class AI-powered experiences with an emphasis on craft, quality, trust, and positive user/societal impact.
• Own a product area, understanding user needs, defining requirements, and managing end-to-end product development.
• Drive cross-functional communication, dependency management, scoping, scheduling, and implementation.
• Set the bar for excellence and quality, holding the team accountable to that standard.
• Partner with Product Managers to define goals, set up experiments, and measure success with data and research.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to build exceptional consumer-grade applications.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience.
• A portfolio or work samples that demonstrate experience designing world-class consumer products from vision through launch.
• Experience with diving into research and leveraging both qualitative and quantitative signals for design impact.
• Ability to break large bodies of work into a phased execution plan and lead a cross-functional team.
• Demonstrate high craft in design work and translate vision into well-polished design prototypes.
• Experience prompting LLMs, working with generative AI, or an intense desire to learn.
