What you will do
- Develop and communicate strategy and roadmap for search targeting and controls across Microsoft’s ad ecosystem.
- Represent product to customers and champion their needs internally.
- Make prioritization decisions and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business teams.
- Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to leverage AI insights for precision targeting.
- Lead go-to-market efforts ensuring product adoption and advertiser impact.
- Shape industry standards and establish Microsoft as a leader in responsible advertising.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Mountain View, United States
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in product/service/program management or software development.
- Experience developing digital advertising products and large-scale solutions.
- Experience with A/B testing and search targeting.
- English proficiency at least B2 level
