What you will do

• Lead complex technical programs across AI/ML systems, APIs, and real-time infrastructure.
• Define execution strategies, milestones, and drive accountability across teams.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align technical and business goals.
• Review system designs and manage technical risks and dependencies.
• Provide program updates and ensure visibility of progress and KPIs to leadership.
• Use data and telemetry insights to guide program priorities and evaluate success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with ability to commute to Redmond office.
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 3+ years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Preferred: 12+ years experience and 8+ years leading high-ambiguity programs in tech.
• Experience in advertising/monetization technical roles and hands-on technical design review.
• Strong communication and influence skills across technical and executive audiences.
