Location: Must be local to Redmond, Mountain View, New York, or Atlanta and work onsite 3 days a week, with expectation to work from office 4 days a week if living within 50 miles

Salary: $139,900–$304,200 per year depending on location

• Deliver and interpret product analytics and metrics to improve monetization marketplace products
• Define and implement measurement frameworks and experimental designs
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, and business teams
• Engage stakeholders with clear, actionable data-driven insights
• Make independent decisions and handle complex tradeoffs
• Translate strategy into clear, measurable plans to drive impact

Requirements

• Must be local to Redmond, Mountain View, New York, or Atlanta and able to work onsite as specified
• Doctorate with 5+ years or Master’s with 7+ years or Bachelor’s with 10+ years of data science experience
• 5+ years experience in programming languages such as Python, R, MATLAB, C#, Java, or C++
• Experience in system building, data collection, and applying statistical techniques
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with senior leaders
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with data-driven solutions
