Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (3 days per week in office)

hirify.global is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing customer service with a voice-first Generative AI platform for contact centers.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of global Pre-, On-, and Offboarding processes.
  • Manage People's administrative tasks, including visa processes and working abroad requests.
  • Support contract management and liaise with authorities and insurance providers.
  • Handle daily employee requests via the ticketing system.
  • Maintain the internal knowledge base and manage data records.

Requirements

  • Regular in-office collaboration in Berlin at least 3 times per week.
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English (B2 required).
  • Experience in designing and implementing people processes.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other People-related software.
  • Compliance and Labour law knowledge.
  • Sophisticated Project Management skills.
