What you will do

• Define and lead a structured, hypothesis-driven threat hunting program across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Develop scalable hunting infrastructure and automated intelligence pipelines using hirify.global workflows.
• Serve as a technical authority influencing detection strategy and incident response.
• Operationalize threat intelligence from multiple sources into actionable hunting hypotheses.
• Build dashboards and visualizations for threat exposure and hunt findings.
• Mentor and develop threat hunting capabilities across the security organization.

Requirements

• Must have 12+ years in cybersecurity with 6+ years in threat hunting or intelligence engineering.
• Deep expertise in nation-state and e-crime threat actors’ TTPs and cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong Python and PySpark experience with distributed computing frameworks.
• Experience with large-scale security datasets and big data platforms.
• Ability to work remotely from California, United States.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global platform or similar technologies like Spark and Delta Lake.
• Experience using AI and machine learning to automate cybersecurity operations.
• Published research or contributions to open-source security projects.
