Salary: $247,000 - $290,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of data scientists and analytics engineers across product and ML domains
• Partner with Crypto product, engineering, finance, and research teams to drive key initiatives like international expansion and Wallet app adoption
• Deliver robust, data-driven recommendations shaping product direction focusing on stock tokens, perpetuals, and blockchain opportunities
• Foster a culture of excellence in analytics, experimentation, and impact within the team
• Represent Crypto Data Science in cross-functional leadership forums and contribute to overall Crypto org strategy

Requirements

• 7+ years of data science experience including 2+ years of people management
• Deep experience with Python and SQL in production or analytics environments
• Proven success in product data science roles delivering strategic insights and scalable solutions
• Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem with 3–4 years of direct experience highly preferred
• Executive presence, cross-functional influence, and outstanding communication skills
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Menlo Park, CA
