Salary: $120,000–$180,000 USD

What you will do

Lead marketing strategy, execution, and team scaling from 0 to 1
Manage external or agency resources as needed
Collaborate cross-functionally with founders, engineers, and product teams
Translate product vision into branding and user acquisition strategies

Requirements

Marketing experience in Fintech, Neobanking, Crypto Wallets, or DeFi projects is essential
Proven leadership in marketing for early-stage financial projects
Strong understanding of financial services, cryptocurrency markets, and onchain payments
