What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to develop KPIs and dashboards tracking performance.
• Monitor and report on commercial performance and adoption of hirify.global Connect platform, focusing on API and payment integrations like PIX.
• Collaborate to optimize sales processes including lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Prepare regular sales performance and revenue forecast reports identifying growth opportunities.
• Provide product insights and commercial feedback to product and technology teams.
• Maintain and optimize CRM system and support sales automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as sales/product analyst, preferably in fintech.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Looker BI, Excel/Gsheets, Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is desirable.
• Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil with hybrid work arrangement.
