• Develop and execute strategy for Microsoft AI Business Solutions aligned with market trends and organizational goals.
• Lead team and manage financial performance, growth strategy, and operational excellence of AI Business Solutions practice.
• Coordinate development and improvement of methodologies and best practices for AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure quality and consistency across initiatives.
• Manage and develop a diverse team fostering learning, innovation, and inclusion.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers and partners, collaborating with Microsoft and others.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• At least 10 years of experience in technology professional services focused on Microsoft AI Business Solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Partner ecosystem and co-selling.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of cloud, data governance, architecture, and operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
