What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Platform Engineering.
• Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering managers and senior engineers.
• Drive technical decision-making and set standards for platform architecture, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Oversee the design and evolution of shared platform capabilities such as internal frameworks, APIs, services, and tooling.
• Partner with Infrastructure and SRE teams to improve system reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Compliance stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 10+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading web application teams in a high-scale SaaS or data-intensive environment.
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and API-driven platforms.
• Experience building and scaling platforms that support multiple product teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
