Salary: $177,000 - $272,000 USD annual (location dependent)

What you will do

• Define and execute product vision and multi-year roadmap for global MDM platform aligned with enterprise data strategy.
• Lead agile development with cross-functional teams including data engineers, scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Champion data governance, enforce policies, and monitor data quality metrics across master data domains.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and drive adoption and change management globally.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure MDM solutions.
• Communicate complex data concepts and product updates effectively to diverse stakeholders including senior leadership.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Toronto or Dallas.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years as Product Owner in agile environments, 3+ years with MDM platforms and concepts.
• Deep knowledge of master data domains, governance frameworks, data modeling, and quality principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional global teams.
• Experience with agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Experience with leading MDM platforms (Reltio, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Profisee).
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud services, APIs, and systems architecture.
