Salary: $160,000 - $195,000 USD (US market), $140,000 - $175,000 CAD (Canada market)

What you will do

• Design and evolve scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient infrastructure systems.
• Lead and mentor a distributed infrastructure team fostering collaboration and inclusivity.
• Oversee all cloud environments supporting products and business systems.
• Drive automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD best practices.
• Set and track operational and service level metrics for performance and cost.
• Lead incident management including on-call coordination and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles with 4+ years in leadership
• Expertise in multi-cloud environments and automation tools like Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of cloud security, data protection, and reliability best practices
• Ability to plan and manage budgets and cloud cost stewardship
• Excellent communication skills for working across distributed global teams
• Permanent work authorization in United States or Canada required; no visa sponsorship

• Experience maintaining or contributing regularly to open-source projects.
