TL;DR

AI Solution Architect (AI/ML): Driving partner development and technical guidance for an AI observability platform with an accent on establishing executive relationships, orchestrating partner code, and driving joint go-to-market programs. Focus on building relationships with system integrators and hyperscalers, conducting technical workshops, and providing leadership in AI/ML best practices.

Location: Remote-first (United States). Offices are available in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area as an option for those who wish to work in-person.

Salary: $195,000–$265,000 annual, plus competitive equity.

What you will do

  • Own partnerships by researching accounts, establishing executive relationships, and driving territory planning, pipeline management, and forecasting to achieve sales quotas.
  • Execute and collaborate on co-marketing events, activities, and content creation to increase brand awareness and lead generation for co-selling with partners.
  • Manage the alliance development lifecycle, monitor the performance and success of partnerships, and optimize as needed.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building relationships with system integrators (SI) and hyperscalers, leading product demonstrations, and conducting workshops.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance, including troubleshooting and addressing potential issues, private deployments, and proof of concepts.
  • Understand and develop use cases with partners, delivering joint go-to-market programs, and training partners on product usage and sales.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and tailor messages.
  • A quick and self-learner, self-starter, comfortable working in limited process environments, and a collaborative team player.
  • 5+ years of partnership, alliances, enterprise, or channel sales experience with a track record of consistent quota attainment.
  • Strong technical sales background, with the ability to demo and drive product-led sales motion.
  • Hands-on knowledge in AI and its software ecosystem, understanding the difference between ML models and industry best practices.
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Helm, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), network architecture, and application deployment strategies.
