TL;DR

Client Account Executive (B2C Services): Manage and grow a book of mid-market advertisers on hirify.global, driving strategic sales conversations and campaign execution with an accent on client consultation, performance analysis, and revenue growth. Focus on building deep client relationships, optimizing advertising campaigns, and shaping sales methodologies in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid, must work in person 1–2 days per week in New York City office

Salary: $114,660 - $160,510 USD

What you will do

  • Own and grow a book of mid-market advertisers as the main contact for clients and agencies.
  • Drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth through client consultation and performance analysis.
  • Lead strategic sales conversations using market trends and data to advise clients on scaling on hirify.global.
  • Collaborate with Account Strategists to implement and optimize campaigns for performance and brand objectives.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide product feedback and market insights to influence hirify.global’s go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel, auction dynamics, and digital advertising landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to craft narratives that drive action.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable translating data into client-facing insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance measurement.
  • Must be able to work onsite in New York City 1–2 days per week.
