What you will do

• Drive pipeline and gross sales, maintaining accurate forecasting in Salesforce and internal tools.
• Structure, negotiate, and close deals collaborating with account managers and pre-sales teams.
• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies within the defined territory.
• Deliver customer presentations and product demonstrations.
• Provide customer insights and feedback to product and business management teams.

Requirements

• Must have proven sales experience selling Trading Solutions into Asian buyside and sellside markets.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, electronic order flows, and asset classes including equities, bonds, futures, options, FX, and digital assets.
• Ability to work onsite in Hong Kong and interact face-to-face with customers.
• Over 5 years of industry, sales, or market experience.
• Mandarin and Cantonese language skills are an advantage.
• Comfortable presenting at all organizational levels.
