What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure on-time delivery of agreed solutions.
• Encourage full participation and empowerment of team members.
• Ensure the iterative development process remains focused and controlled.
• Manage team-level risks and issues, escalating to the Project Manager and RTE as needed.
• Monitor daily progress for all team activities.
• Communicate team progress and impediments to the Project Manager and RTE.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of applicable experience.
• Experience managing and updating work plans.
• Proven experience coaching and mentoring team members in agile practices.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
