Location: Hybrid, must spend at least 40% of time in Bristol office

Salary: £90,440 - £106,400

What you will do

  • Design and implement Pega solutions collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering Leads
  • Provide alternative designs and recommend optimal solutions
  • Own application technical aspects including change and risk management
  • Lead and set development goals for your team
  • Build Proof of Value to foster innovation and support delivery considerations
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Centre of Excellence teams

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Bristol, UK
  • Significant Pega development experience and Pega CLSA certification
  • Experience with Pega Cloud, microjourneys, case management, and data model design
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and security concepts including authentication and authorization
  • Familiarity with Pega GenAI, Constellation, Apache Kafka, and monitoring/debugging tools

Nice to have

  • AWS/GCP Cloud certification
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, DevOps practices
  • Awareness of Constellation and DX APIs
  • Knowledge of OpenBanking architecture
