What you will do

• Lead and run two manual quality assurance groups, ensuring efficient workload distribution and high-quality output.
• Lead all aspects of testing activities for game integrations and platform functionalities.
• Define and carry out QA processes, protocols, and standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Release teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Monitor team performance, provide mentorship, and support professional growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within QA processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and tools (TestRail experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with backend testing (Postman, MongoDB, SQL, Dev Tools) and fundamental knowledge of HTML, JSON, and XML.
• Basic understanding of game integration processes.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in Bulgaria on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
