What you will do
- Lead and influence DevOps principles and modern engineering practices across teams.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Nexus, and Maven.
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring scalability and compliance.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes, optimising for performance and resilience.
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions with Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, and Kibana.
- Work with tools like Harness to enable automated deployments and advanced release strategies.
- Embed security best practices into pipelines and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience in DevOps engineering and CI/CD pipeline design.
- Strong knowledge of Jenkins, Git, Nexus, Maven, and Terraform.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Familiarity with Harness for deployment automation.
- Expertise in monitoring and observability tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, Kibana.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and infrastructure automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with cost optimisation and autoscaling strategies in cloud environments.
- Knowledge of security automation and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and advanced deployment strategies.
