Salary: £70,929–£85,000 per annum.

What you will do

• Lead and influence DevOps principles and modern engineering practices across teams.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Nexus, and Maven.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes, optimising for performance and resilience.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions with Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, and Kibana.
• Work with tools like Harness to enable automated deployments and advanced release strategies.
• Embed security best practices into pipelines and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps engineering and CI/CD pipeline design.
• Strong knowledge of Jenkins, Git, Nexus, Maven, and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Familiarity with Harness for deployment automation.
• Expertise in monitoring and observability tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, Kibana.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and infrastructure automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cost optimisation and autoscaling strategies in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of security automation and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and advanced deployment strategies.
