What you will do

• Implement and debug core C++ game logic for audio features like dynamic crowd reactions and player-specific commentary
• Collaborate with Gameplay Engineers and Audio Designers to integrate audio systems with game behavior and animation
• Develop AI analysis tools and workflows to support the audio design team
• Contribute to a large, performant C++ codebase with code reviews and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3+ years professional experience writing C++ for gameplay systems or large-scale applications
• Proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming; familiarity with Unreal Engine preferred
• Understanding of AI, game/team-based behavior systems, and 3D math
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical partners
