What you will do

  • Own full recruitment cycle for technical roles across Brazil and EU regions ensuring speed and quality.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies including Boolean search and headhunting to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Act as a trusted consultant providing market insights and hiring best practices to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes with innovative and pragmatic solutions.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enhance employer branding by creating compelling candidate engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Brazil or able to work remotely within Brazil.
  • Proven experience in technical and non-technical talent acquisition, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Strong track record meeting ambitious KPIs and ensuring cultural fit in hires.
  • Experience collaborating with recruiting agencies and diverse international teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills with fluency in technical and non-technical contexts.
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and able to manage complex recruitment processes.
