What you will do

• Collaborate with architects and team members to develop complex FX engineering applications.
• Design, develop, and support the trading venue.
• Provide ongoing support and development of cloud services, including building cloud-aware applications.
• Develop automated processes to prevent, identify, and fix problems impacting service availability.
• Identify and deliver improvements across areas like cost savings, security, and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong Java programming skills with experience writing clean code, data structures, and algorithms.
• Expertise in concurrency, performance optimization, system architecture, and memory management.
• Proficient in profiling tools and experienced with specialized libraries for low-latency applications.
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP, UDP, HTTP), network performance, and optimization techniques.
• Proven track record of delivering goals and knowledge of modern agile development methodologies.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and automation of software testing, delivery, and infrastructure changes.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a globally distributed team, managing multiple priorities.
