What you will do

• Develop and maintain project management standards and processes aligned with hirify.global methodology.
• Support Programme Director in managing programme structure and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage financial and KPI information, ensuring costs align with expectations.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues with appropriate mitigations.
• Provide regular status updates to executive board and senior management.
• Mentor team members and share best practices to improve delivery efficiency.
• Manage Jira configurations to support day-to-day programme activities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in London, United Kingdom
• Extensive project experience with processes, methodologies, and ways of working.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
• Understanding of business environment and change management.
