TL;DR

Location: Remote within Canada, with a hybrid option in Toronto.

What you will do

  • Resolve complex technical problems by troubleshooting incidents, collecting detailed problem descriptions, and replicating issues for assigned products.
  • Regularly update customers on investigation progress and ensure CRM records are maintained.
  • Collaborate daily with developers and peers to find solutions.
  • Share best practices for hirify.global product utilization and deployment to maximize customer business value.

Requirements

  • General software troubleshooting skills and broad experience in logical problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts, basic administration, and SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture and troubleshooting web-based applications.
  • Experience with installing, upgrading, downgrading, and configuring software.
  • Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Must be able to work as a Full Time Co-op from May 2025 to August 2026.
