What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from briefing to offer acceptance, focusing on Risks roles
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to align on hiring strategy and candidate profiles
- Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and alternative channels
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for complex and niche Risk roles
Requirements
- English: B2 or higher for effective communication with an international team
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for Non-IT roles (Finance, Risks)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment data
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic environment
