What you will do

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Manage requirements and changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct market analysis relevant to the healthcare project
• Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to expanding BA expertise

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+)
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and modern web/mobile development trends
• Experience documenting requirements with clear acceptance criteria
• Ability to form MVP requirements aligned with project goals

Nice to have

• Experience in pre-sales activities
• UI/UX experience
• BA certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
