What you will do

• Lead and motivate a Google Ads optimization team to achieve operational targets and improve performance.
• Track KPIs, report results, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Design and implement team-level action plans and incentive programs.
• Coach team members, manage performance improvement plans, and map skill development.
• Analyze operational metrics and conduct root cause analysis for performance outliers.
• Present weekly results and progress updates to clients.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of team leadership experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Proactivity and ability to work under high pressure.
• Advanced knowledge of Google tools: Spreadsheets, Slides, Docs.
• Location: Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina or able to work hybrid from this location.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Ads (Search, Video, Display, Apps), Analytics, and Tag Manager.
• Previous experience managing sales teams.
