What you will do

  • Lead enterprise account management for large hotel groups across APAC and other regions.
  • Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and conduct quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage and optimize hirify.global's product suite including marketing, booking engines, and revenue tools.
  • Provide high-level support and training to client teams and collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams.
  • Drive revenue targets, upsell initiatives, and deliver data-driven commercial growth plans.
  • Forecast performance and identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English required; Thai language is a strong advantage.
  • 5+ years experience in hotel revenue management or enterprise account/customer success in hospitality or travel tech.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce, booking flows, PMS migrations, and channel management.
  • Ability to influence senior executives and manage complex multi-property portfolios.
  • Willingness to travel across APAC and other assigned regions.
  • Strong analytical and consultative problem-solving skills.
