What you will do

• Deliver high-quality Analytics product solutions with a commercial focus to global financial institutions.
• Lead strategic technology initiatives, including application and data cloud migration on Microsoft Azure.
• Support an API-FIRST strategy to design and build SaaS/PaaS solutions, including quantitative models and risk analytics.
• Extend and support a hybrid multi-cloud analytics platform and application infrastructure.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the Quantitative Development community.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in internal processes and external solutions.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and development experience in Analytics software product development or SaaS/PaaS solutions.
• Experience managing highly technical development teams (onshore and offshore).
• Experience leading/designing/delivering API service-based and Cloud-based solutions.
• Domain expertise in Fixed Income and Securitized products and valuations.
• Significant expertise in high-quality software design, architecture, process automation, and testing.
• Practical knowledge in Linux, C++, C#, or Python.
• Approximately 10+ years of technology or finance industry experience.
• English: B2 required.
