What you will do
- Collaborate with Research Managers to plan and execute consumer insights and user research for mobile games.
- Manage research projects using online tools and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Design surveys and research briefs, perform data analysis, and present findings.
- Support end-to-end research initiatives using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Advocate for player perspectives in product meetings to influence game development.
Requirements
- Must be located in Romania or able to work remotely from Romania.
- Passion for gaming and experience in interactive entertainment or gaming industry.
- Proficient in mixed research models, survey design, and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills with ability to present research insights effectively.
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
- Preferred degree in psychology, HCI, social sciences, or related field.
