Salary: $20.00/hr - $35.00/hr

What you will do

• Enhance Partner Sales Agent training datasets by expanding data coverage and fine-tuning large language models for partner workflows.
• Develop new AI-driven agents for partner discovery, sales pipeline management, and analytics.
• Research and implement AI solutions to increase productivity and automate partnership team operations.
• Create and deploy a Partner Onboarding Support Agent to guide partners through onboarding processes.
• Collaborate under the Director of Operations Programs within the ESS Global Partnerships team.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid from Costa Mesa, San Jose CA, Scottsdale AZ, or New York City, United States
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Experience coding in Python and coursework/projects involving AI/ML development.
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs).
• Return to school in Fall 2026 to complete degree.
• English: Proficient (B2 level or higher)
