What you will do
- Lead and collaborate within a small sales team to support projects and close deals in Mail Sales focusing on hybrid and digital services
- Position digital solutions to new and existing customers and support global marketing and demand generation campaigns
- Contribute to strategic digital projects transforming the product portfolio
- Work closely with marketing to develop presentations, success stories, and campaign tools
- Create data-driven forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to support sales efforts
Requirements
- Onsite presence in Munich, Germany required
- Proven experience as a sales/account management Team Leader with hardware and digital solution sales
- Strategic thinker with digital-first mindset and passion for data-driven decision-making
- Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and very good English skills
