System Engineer (DOD C2 Systems)

Salary: $107,300–$185,840 annually (for California, Massachusetts, and New York metropolitan areas); $93,200–$164,450 annually (for other states).

What you will do

• Design, develop, and integrate complex DOD systems into a CJADC2 compliant data layer.
• Collaborate with the ADDER Chief Engineer and ADDER Chief Architect to develop end-to-end use cases.
• Decompose high-level requirements into executable test plans.
• Work with delivery team leads on planning implementation and testing.
• Provide status updates and identify potential risks.
• Develop mitigation plans with the ADDER Value Stream Team.

Requirements

• Current DOD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one (US Citizenship required).
• Hands-on System engineering experience on relevant DOD C2 Systems/Programs/Projects.
• Exposure to DOD operations/mission capabilities including Data Centric Security requirements.
• Familiarity with DoD Domain functions/systems and tactical message standards associated with Data Governance.
• Experience with Data Layer/Data Fabric capabilities (ADDER).

Nice to have

• Agile Project management experience.
• Ability to communicate/work with a remote team.
