What you will do
- Work with product managers and engineers to develop and improve the Partner Portal product for B2B partners.
- Identify, design, specify, and implement end-to-end experiences for a wide range of products and services.
- Demonstrate understanding of visual and interaction design foundations, creating sketches, wireframes, flows, design comps, and prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with other experience designers, content designers, and researchers.
- Utilize the existing design system, components, and patterns effectively.
- Help gather and interpret diverse qualitative and quantitative inputs and assist with defining success metrics for design problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, or a related Design field.
- At least 5 years of related professional experience.
- Strong appreciation for human-centered design and outstanding customer experiences.
- Proven track record of collaboration with creative partners.
- History of developing cohesive, compelling strategic visions for experience, product, and service challenges.
- Work authorization in the United States is required (employer participates in E-Verify).
