What you will do
- Translate high-level strategic plans and stakeholder needs into buildable features with clear impact.
- Establish and communicate a roadmap for your product squad.
- Partner with developers to break down requirements into stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and inform future development plans.
- Provide iterative feedback to the development team, including bug identification and resolution.
- Coordinate deployments and releases, managing communications and training for business stakeholders.
- Manage a junior member of the product team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience.
- Exceptional business and systems analysis skills.
- Ability to thoroughly understand and document business/functional requirements and possible business use cases.
- Proficiency in driving the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment (including conducting stand-ups, retrospectives, and OKRs).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced, project-oriented team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interface with internal stakeholders, executives, and external clients.
