What you will do

• Translate high-level strategic plans and stakeholder needs into buildable features with clear impact.
• Establish and communicate a roadmap for your product squad.
• Partner with developers to break down requirements into stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and inform future development plans.
• Provide iterative feedback to the development team, including bug identification and resolution.
• Coordinate deployments and releases, managing communications and training for business stakeholders.
• Manage a junior member of the product team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience.
• Exceptional business and systems analysis skills.
• Ability to thoroughly understand and document business/functional requirements and possible business use cases.
• Proficiency in driving the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment (including conducting stand-ups, retrospectives, and OKRs).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced, project-oriented team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface with internal stakeholders, executives, and external clients.

Nice to have
