Salary: $250,000 - $290,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
• Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling.
• Guide GTM strategy by providing insights on sales strategy and product gaps.
• Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to maintain a high talent bar.

Requirements

• Must reside on the West Coast of the U.S. and be willing to work West Coast hours.
• 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity.
• 3+ years of direct frontline management experience (recruiting, ramping, and retaining top talent).
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience managing customer relationships in both pre- and post-sales capacities.
