What you will do

• Coordinate standard and custom integration projects for clients.
• Scope out and plan projects with strategic clients for long-term success and scalability.
• Configure API settings and manage a work queue alongside Account Managers.
• Support strategic clients and Account Managers, ensuring integration components contribute to overall success.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical and process integration issues.
• Maintain high-quality documentation of client integrations and update existing workbooks/SOPs.

Requirements

• 2-3 years prior experience setting up software or following technical operating procedures.
• Experience using APIs, webhooks, and FTPs.
• Demonstrated over-achievement managing a large work queue.
• Experience working directly with clients, explaining complex technical processes concisely to varying technical aptitudes.
• Ability to constantly invent new ways to get tasks done and be accountable to others.
• Focus on results, keep stakeholders informed, and identify long-term issues related to client integrations.
