What you will do

• Lead and improve CI/CD pipelines focusing on developer needs
• Design, maintain, and scale GitLab CI infrastructure and runners
• Work with Bazel-based build systems in a monorepo environment
• Collaborate with SRE teams on CI/CD reliability and infrastructure automation
• Support Kubernetes (EKS) and cloud infrastructure managed via Terraform
• Improve observability and reliability of CI/CD systems using Datadog and Grafana
• Participate in reliability testing, incident reviews, and process improvements
• Work closely with customer engineers, SREs, and security teams

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
• Must be based in Poland or Croatia
• Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Solid knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and Terraform
• Experience with ArgoCD, Datadog, observability practices, and Bazel is a plus
• Strong understanding of CI/CD scalability, performance, and reliability
• Experience working closely with developers and improving developer experience
