What you will do

• Serve as a thought partner to top global law firms and enterprises, diagnosing pain points and guiding hirify.global integration.
• Shape pilots and deployments end-to-end, including discovery, workflow design, testing, and firm-wide rollout.
• Collaborate with innovation leaders and legal operations to embed the platform in day-to-day legal work.
• Translate user insights into product direction to influence the roadmap.
• Help clients evaluate the business impact of AI across practices like M&A, litigation, and transactions.
• Shape how the legal industry adapts to AI and defines its new operating model.

Requirements

• Experience at a top law firm or in-house legal team; innovation, legal ops, or consulting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with the legal tech ecosystem as an employee, founder, or advisor.
• Product-savvy and tech-curious, able to navigate conversations about generative AI, workflow design, privacy, governance, and enterprise rollout.
• Communicate with clarity and confidence across various roles (partners, associates, engineers, PMs, CIOs, and legal ops).
• Ability to independently run multiple client engagements in parallel.
• Care deeply about quality and user outcomes with a strong bias for action.
