What you will do

• Complete, extend, and maintain the central Kubernetes platform for development teams
• Implement security policies, disaster recovery strategies, and guardrails
• Design and implement cloud-agnostic solutions supporting multi-cloud strategy
• Support onboarding and migration efforts for development teams
• Create documentation and runbooks for platform adoption and troubleshooting
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment systems, and automation frameworks
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency across cloud providers

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience as Platform Engineer, SRE, or DevOps Engineer focused on Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes including multi-tenancy, RBAC, networking, and cluster operations
• Strong AWS and cloud technology knowledge
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, Crossplane
• Proficient in GitOps workflows and tools such as ArgoCD or Flux
• Programming/scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
• Ability to work autonomously in an agile team
