Senior Data Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Data Analyst (Data Analytics): Analyze and improve data quality, develop data solutions, and support internal media buying tools with an accent on data modeling, performance, and scalability. Location: Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania with hybrid work options including onsite and remote

Salary: 4000-5200 EUR/month gross

What you will do

• Identify, investigate, and solve data quality and discrepancy issues
• Develop and improve data solutions focusing on performance and scalability
• Use dbt, Airflow, and Looker on GCP to enhance data quality and delivery
• Create prevention and alerting solutions for data issues
• Adopt and refine best practices in data modeling and quality testing
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Lithuanian
• At least 4 years of proven SQL skills including complex data manipulation
• Knowledge of ETL and data warehousing concepts
• Strong communication skills and growth-oriented mindset
• Experience with dbt and analytics tracking tools is a plus
