Conversion Copywriter (Health/Wellness)

Conversion Copywriter (Health/Wellness): Creating persuasive and conversion-focused web copy and long-form content for health and wellness products with an accent on driving conversions and improving key metrics. Focus on interpreting performance metrics to improve writing and developing new funnel angles for existing products.

Location: Our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga. For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. In Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role. You also have the freedom to work 2 months from anywhere in the world.

Salary: 2400-3300 EUR/month (gross).

What you will do

• Create effective, persuasive, and conversion-focused web copy for health and wellness products.
• Produce unique, engaging long-form (advertorials) and short-form content (emails, landing pages, product descriptions).
• Write compelling copy that drives conversions and boosts key metrics.
• Become a data-driven storyteller, interpreting performance metrics to improve writing.
• Collaborate with team members to refine core messages, target audience, and visual concepts.
• Develop new funnel angles for existing products to continuously improve engagement.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, an impeccable eye for detail, and a creative mindset.
• Strong commercial focus and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Background in content writing, journalism, communications, marketing, or consumer psychology.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• 2-3 years of experience in content writing.
