What you will do
- Own the release and deployment architecture and roadmap for cloud-native infrastructure.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade automation frameworks using Terraform, CloudFormation, and GitLab.
- Set standards for CI/CD pipelines and drive best practices for secure and rapid delivery.
- Lead Kubernetes platform strategy (Amazon EKS, Istio Service Mesh) for multi-region deployments.
- Champion Site Reliability Engineering principles, defining observability, reliability, and incident response strategies.
- Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with leadership to align infrastructure strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years in DevOps or platform engineering, with 3+ years in senior leadership or principal-level roles.
- Proven experience architecting and operating cloud-native platforms at enterprise scale.
- Ability to influence technology strategy and drive adoption across multiple teams.
- Deep technical expertise in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS), GitLab CI, Python, and SRE principles.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
