Engineering Manager

TL;DR

Engineering Manager (Software): Leading and shaping engineering teams, contributing hands-on to architecture and system design, and partnering with product and marketing to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions with an accent on AI adoption and system reliability. Location: Hybrid work with options for onsite presence in Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 remote) and flexible onsite, hybrid, or remote options in Kaunas.

Salary: 6500–8000 EUR/month gross

What you will do

• Build and shape the engineering team including hiring, onboarding, and long-term planning
• Contribute hands-on to architecture, code reviews, and system design
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Improve engineering processes ensuring scalability and technical excellence
• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented engineering culture
• Define and execute technology roadmaps for data pipelines, campaign automation, and user targeting

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with onsite presence in Vilnius or flexible options in Kaunas
• English: B2 level or higher
• Strong engineering background with hands-on experience building scalable production systems
• Experience leading teams and working with freelancers or outsourced engineers
• Deep understanding of product development and feature evolution
• Ability to drive AI adoption and automation within the team and product
• Ownership of system reliability, monitoring, and long-term fixes
