Salary: 256,500–427,500 PLN annually

What you will do

• Design and implement test strategies and plans across software lifecycle phases.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for distributed cloud systems.
• Perform rigorous functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Collaborate with development teams on API testing and integration validation.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure tools for continuous testing and deployments.
• Drive quality standards including test coverage analysis and defect prevention.

Requirements

• Onsite presence in Gdynia, Poland
• English proficiency at least B2 level
• 5+ years experience in software quality assurance for high-scale production environments.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures from testing perspective.
• Proficiency with automated testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and scripting (Python preferred).
• Experience with data validation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and CI/CD (GitLab CI).
